Conditions for Return & Exchange

• Not have perfume, body odor, stains, makeup marks, or other signs of use

• Not have been altered, customized, washed, damaged, or modified by the customer

Customers must pack the product securely before handing it over for return.

Any damage caused due to inadequate packaging by the customer may affect the eligibility of the return or refund.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products
